Futuri Motion Tech combines mechanical design, fabrication, electronics and modern manufacturing techniques to develop custom solutions for motorcycles.
Whether it’s a one-off component, a custom exhaust system, an electronic controller or a complete motorcycle project, much of the design, development and fabrication can be handled under one roof.
DESIGN & ENGINEERING
CAD DESIGN, PROTOTYPING & 3D PRINTING
Many Futuri projects start digitally. Components can be designed from scratch in CAD, 3D scanned or reverse engineered from existing parts and motorcycle geometry, and rapidly prototyped using 3D printing before committing to the final manufacturing process.
This approach is used for everything from small brackets and specialist tools to intake systems, bodywork, electronics housings and complex fabrication aids.
Depending on the application, final parts can be produced using engineering-grade materials including carbon-fibre reinforced polymers, or the design can be prepared for machining or other manufacturing processes.

CUSTOM FABRICATION & EXHAUST SYSTEMS
Custom motorcycle projects often require parts that simply don’t exist. Futuri designs and fabricates one-off components with a particular focus on lightweight motorcycle construction and exhaust systems.
TIG welding and fabrication experience with stainless steel and aluminium allows components to be designed around the motorcycle rather than adapting the motorcycle around commercially available parts.
This includes custom exhaust routing, pie-cut fabrication, collectors and transitions, mounting solutions, brackets and one-off structural components.
ELECTRONICS
MOTORCYCLE ELECTRONICS & CONTROL SYSTEMS
Custom electronics can solve problems that mechanical components alone cannot.
Futuri develops purpose-built motorcycle electronics ranging from simple interface circuits and custom wiring solutions to PCB-based controllers and complete standalone systems.
Previous developments include:

The same disciplines come together in Futuri’s complete motorcycle projects.
Rather than treating a custom motorcycle as a collection of individual modifications, each project is developed as a complete system — combining chassis, engine, suspension, electronics, bodywork, ergonomics and fabrication into one cohesive design.
Projects such as the Futuri 900CR, Ducati Desmoto and FTR.VECTOR demonstrate how these different areas of engineering and fabrication can be combined into a complete motorcycle.
