DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

Physical products
Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the check-out depending on the delivery address for your order.

Delivery time
Please always check the delivery time for the products you order. The estimated delivery time is displayed on every product page. Your complete order will be shipped when all products are in stock.

I will strive to ship your order within 1-3 working days.

Digital products
You will receive a download link for your products directly after finishing the order process! Instant delivery!

RETURN POLICY

I want you to be happy with your purchase. You always have 14 days to exchange the product or get your money back. This applies when the products are returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Exceptions!
I can not take back digital products (CAD files, wiring diagrams..) or products that have been fabricated specifically for you. These type of orders can be recognised when the delivery time shows the label “Build to order” or “Instant Digital Delivery”. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

How does the return process work?
Step 1
Let me know you are thinking about returning your order or if you have any complaints. Send an email to mark@futuri.tech or use the contact page, maybe we can figure out a solution in advance.

Step 2
Print the return form and fill it in as completely as possible. You can print and download the form via the following link: PRINT RETURN FORM

Step 3
Pack the products which you want to return unused, undamaged and in the original packaging in a sturdy shipping box. Do not forget to include the return form!

Send your returns to the address on the return form. The return costs are for your own account unless otherwise agreed upon!

Step 4 – Processing
I strive to process your return within 5 working days. You will receive a message from me if your return has been processed.

Step 5 – Refund
I will pay back the owed amount within 14 working after processing the returns using the same payment method used when placing the order*/**.

*Only domestic orders shipped within the Netherlands will be refunded the original shipping costs (only when the complete order is returned).
**Fees paid for international duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
