Snap-Fit Modular Design
The individual pie-cut sections are designed to snap together, allowing you to quickly add, remove and rotate segments while experimenting with different tube routes.
Each pie cut features 24 equally spaced rotational notches, with every notch representing exactly 15° of rotation. This makes it easy to accurately control and repeat the rotation between individual segments when creating complex three-dimensional tube routes.
Build complete bends, combine multiple bends or create complex routing without cutting or welding.
CLR Ratio Guide
The CLR (Centerline Radius) ratio determines the bend radius relative to the tube outside diameter. A lower ratio creates a tighter bend, while a higher ratio creates a more gradual bend.

For example, a 50 mm tube with a 1.5D CLR has a centerline radius of 75 mm.
