Snap-Fit Modular Design
Build a physical reference for your tube routing before committing to fabrication.
Matching Futuri mock-up sections snap together, allowing you to add, remove and rotate components while exploring different routes. Combine bends, straight sections and diameter transitions to check clearance around engines, frames and surrounding components.
Pie-cut sections feature 24 rotational notches, providing 15° indexing between connected segments.
Connect components with matching interface diameters. Stepped adapters provide the transition between their specified smaller and larger tube sizes.
Complete Mock-up System
Pie-Cut Sections
Includes the complete metric and imperial pie-cut collections, covering the available standard tube diameters, 9°, 15° and 18° angles, and CLR ratios from 0.75D to 2D.
Available combinations vary by tube diameter. Choose tighter bends or more gradual routing to suit the project.
Angled Stepped Adapters
Includes all standard metric and imperial angled transitions, allowing you to change tube diameter while continuing a bend.
Use the available angle and CLR combinations to incorporate diameter changes into your mock-up route.
Straight Stepped Adapters
Includes all standard metric and imperial straight transitions for changing tube diameter along a straight run.
Combine them with matching pie cuts and straight sections to plan the complete tube layout.
Straight Tube Sections
Includes all 16 metric and 13 imperial diameters, with seven lengths per diameter:
Metric: 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250mm
Imperial: 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 10″
Print the lengths you need to connect bends, extend straight runs and check the overall position of your mock-up.
Universal Exhaust Header Adapters
Includes all 14 metric and 9 imperial adapter diameters, together with the shared mounting plate pack.
The screw-on adapters connect to the plates using a common M22 × 2.5 thread and provide a 20mm assembled starting length for beginning an exhaust mock-up at the cylinder head.
The plate pack includes 90, 110, 130 and 150mm plates, each with 7, 9 or 11mm slots, plus a DIY mounting hub for creating your own mounting solution.
Fitment depends on the engine’s bolt arrangement, selected adapter diameter and available clearance. Plate lengths are overall dimensions, not bolt-spacing measurements.
Ducati 2-Valve Manifold Adapter
Includes the dedicated Ducati 2-valve manifold adapter for starting a compatible exhaust mock-up using the matching 40mm connection.
Metric & Imperial Included
This bundle includes both measurement systems in one configuration.
Use the models that match your actual tube outside diameter. Metric and imperial labels describe the intended tube size; components connect through matching interface dimensions.
The universal header mounting plates and their M22 × 2.5 connection are shared between the metric and imperial header adapters.

Use engine-mounted mock-up parts only on a cold, non-running engine. Remove all printed components before starting the engine.
The files may be used to print tools for your own personal projects and professional workshop applications, including customer projects.
The digital files may not be shared, redistributed, uploaded or resold, including modified versions. Selling printed copies requires prior written permission from Futuri Motion Tech.
