Finally finished cylinder head nr 1 for the Desmoto project!! Below the list of changes:
– Racing camshafts with major 13mm lift and overlap
– Increased 46mm intake valve
– Intake port increased/flowed to 41mm to fit S4RS 50mm throttle body’s
– Flowed/polished exhaust port
– Oil feed galley closed up to support a external oil line feed with converted Kbike covers
– Kbike lightweight adjustable timing pulleys
No closing rocker springs since the racing camshafts run to close to them. So the stationary rpm will need a small increase for the bike to run properly.
