Finished the custom adaptor to mount a Ducati Corse alternator to the FTR01 air cooled 1100DS engine. Made out of 7075T6 aluminium and mounted up with titanium hex bolts!

Curious to see if this will work on a road bike, since it requires 3000/4000 rpm to actually charge the battery haha 😀

Why this alternator? Lightweight, and since it’s rotating mass it will result in a faster uprevving engine!
