With the S4RS throttle body conversion installed my aluminium Radical frame (4.2kg) just would not fit. Not enough clearance around the throttle bodies and the vertical injector. This required me to fabricate a new removable cross brace.

Also grinded down the welds on the weld in bolt hole things. this way it looks like a solid piece.

FAQ
Why removable? If I would weld in a solid brace there would be a high risk of the frame twisting and or being under stress. Making it removable allows me to weld it in with no wisting force on the frame. Plus I wanted the frame to be removed from the engine more easily.

How did I bend the aluminium tubes? Fill it with sand, heat it up with a flame and bend it slow and steady. Dont go to extreme on one spot or the aluminium will just crack open. Took 3 tries, but its doable.
