Snap-Fit Modular Design
Each piece uses a snap-fit connection with 24 rotational positions, spaced at 15° intervals. This allows multiple pieces to be connected and rotated relative to each other while physically planning complex tube routing.
The same connection system is also used by the Futuri Stepped Tube Adapter Mock-up Planner, allowing tube diameter transitions to be incorporated directly into your mock-up.

Available Metric Configurations
The table below shows the available pie-cut angles for each tube diameter and CLR ratio. Choose your required tube diameter, angle and CLR ratio from the product options.

CLR Ratio Guide
The centerline radius (CLR) ratio determines the radius created when multiple pie-cut pieces are combined. A lower CLR creates a tighter bend, while a higher CLR produces a larger, more gradual bend radius.
| CLR Ratio | Bend Geometry |
|---|---|
| 0.75D | Very tight |
| 1.0D | Tight |
| 1.25D | Medium |
| 1.5D | Long |
| 2.0D | Sweeping |
CLR is expressed as a multiple of the tube diameter. For example, a 50 mm tube with a 1.5D CLR has a centerline radius of 75 mm.
Print as Many Pieces as You Need
Your purchase includes the digital model for your selected configuration. Print as many identical pieces as required to create anything from a small direction change to a complete mock-up bend.
