This 3D printable pie-cut tube mock-up planner bundle gives you a complete collection of available configurations for one imperial tube diameter, allowing you to physically plan, test and visualise complex tube layouts before fabrication.

Originally developed for custom exhaust fabrication, the system is also ideal for roll cages, intake and charge piping, custom frames and other tubular fabrication projects.

Simply select your required imperial tube OD and receive all successfully validated pie-cut angle and CLR ratio combinations available for that diameter. Multiple segments snap together, allowing you to build complete tube runs and experiment with different bend geometries while checking fitment, clearance and routing before cutting or welding any metal.

Each piece is clearly marked with its diameter, angle and CLR ratio, making configurations easy to identify and helping you transfer your finished mock-up directly to the real fabrication.

Snap-Fit Modular Design

Each piece uses a snap-fit connection with 24 rotational positions, spaced at 15° intervals. This allows pieces with different angles and CLR ratios to be combined and rotated while physically planning complex tube routing.

The same connection system is also used by the Futuri Stepped Tube Adapter Mock-up Planner, allowing diameter transitions to be incorporated directly into your mock-up.

CLR Ratio Guide

The centerline radius (CLR) ratio determines the radius created when multiple pie-cut pieces are combined. A lower CLR creates a tighter bend, while a higher CLR produces a larger, more gradual bend radius.

CLR is expressed as a multiple of the tube diameter. For example, a 2.000″ tube with a 1.5D CLR has a centerline radius of 3.000″.
