Design and plan custom exhaust systems before cutting a single piece of metal
This bundle includes all currently available sizes of the 18° snap-fit pie-cut segments, allowing exhaust builders to design and plan complete custom exhaust systems across a full range of tubing diameters.
Each 3D printable 18° pie-cut segment is designed for exhaust builders who want to plan, test, and visualise custom exhaust layouts before fabrication. Multiple segments can be snapped together to build full exhaust runs in any direction and length.
Each printed segment includes clear angle markings, allowing you to physically assemble a full exhaust layout, take it to the workbench, and directly replicate the design in metal with precision.
The industry standard for pie-cut fabrication is 18° per segment, which provides an ideal balance between flexibility and control when forming complex bends. Each segment features a 7mm minimum wall height on the tight side, allowing for tight-radius bends while still leaving enough material for strong, reliable welds between sections.
By assembling different configurations, you can check fitment, visual appearance, angles, and overall feasibility before committing to metalwork. This significantly reduces wasted material, rework, and fabrication time by moving all design decisions to the planning stage.
The included sizes cover a range of tubing diameters: 40mm, 44.5mm, 45mm, 50mm, and 50.8mm. Each size must correspond to the outer diameter of the tubing being used, ensuring accurate real-world fitment when transferring the design to metal.
