Specialist Tooling for Ducati Corse Race Bikes
Maintaining a Ducati Corse race motorcycle requires specialist tooling that can be even harder to find than the motorcycle itself.
The original offset setting tool 041.1.006.1A is now extremely difficult to source. This Futuri Motion Tech version provides owners, collectors and specialist workshops with a practical way to carry out the adjustment described in the Ducati workshop manual.
A small but specialised tool for keeping these rare race machines serviceable.
Ducati Corse Offset Adjustment
The adjustable steering assembly on these Ducati Corse race bikes uses eccentric components to change the triple-clamp offset.
This tool locates in the steering stem’s wide slot and provides the reference scale used when positioning the eccentric assembly during adjustment.
The markings correspond to offset settings in millimetres, rather than steering-head angles in degrees.

Compatible Ducati Models
- Ducati 996RS
- Ducati 998RS
- Ducati 999RS
Designed for race models equipped with the corresponding Ducati Corse adjustable steering assembly.
Check the steering assembly fitted to your motorcycle before purchasing, particularly on bikes with replacement or modified components.
Important – Workshop Manual & Tool Use
Always follow the official Ducati workshop manual for your specific motorcycle when using this tool, including the adjustment procedure, tightening sequence and torque specifications.
This tool is intended only as a positioning reference during adjustment. Do not use it to apply torque or hold the steering assembly against force.
Incorrect positioning or failure to follow the workshop manual may result in an incorrect steering setting and/or damage to the tool or steering assembly.
Futuri Motion Tech is not responsible for tool or motorcycle damage resulting from incorrect use or failure to follow the official workshop manual.
