Pie-Cut Tube Mock-up Planner – Metric (mm) – Complete Bundle – Exhaust, Roll Cage & Fabrication (3D Printable)

Pie-Cut Tube Mock-up Planner – Metric (mm) – Complete Bundle – Exhaust, Roll Cage & Fabrication (3D Printable)

Plan complex tube routing before cutting a single piece of metal!
This complete 3D printable pie-cut tube mock-up planner bundle gives you the full metric collection for planning, testing and visualising complex tube layouts before fabrication.

Originally developed for custom exhaust fabrication, it is also ideal for roll cages, intake and charge piping, custom frames and other tubular fabrication projects.

The Complete Bundle includes all available metric tube diameters, pie-cut angles and CLR ratios, giving you a complete library of mock-up pieces for different fabrication projects. Multiple segments snap together, allowing you to physically build complete tube runs and experiment with different diameters and bend geometries to check fitment, clearance, routing and geometry before cutting any metal.

Each piece is clearly marked with its diameter, angle and CLR ratio, making it easy to identify configurations and transfer your finished mock-up to the real fabrication.

All Metric Tube Sizes, Angles & CLR Ratios
The Complete Bundle contains all successfully validated configurations from the metric range, covering multiple tube diameters, pie-cut angles and centerline radius (CLR) ratios. The CLR ratio determines the bend radius relative to the tube diameter, from tight bends to more gradual routing.

This is the complete metric package for fabricators who work with multiple tube sizes and want the full range available without purchasing individual configurations or diameter bundles separately.

Snap-Fit Modular Design

The individual pie-cut sections are designed to snap together, allowing you to quickly add, remove and rotate segments while experimenting with different tube routes.

Each pie cut features 24 equally spaced rotational notches, with every notch representing exactly 15° of rotation. This makes it easy to accurately control and repeat the rotation between individual segments when creating complex three-dimensional tube routes.

Build complete bends, combine multiple bends or create complex routing without cutting or welding.

CLR Ratio Guide

The CLR (Centerline Radius) ratio determines the bend radius relative to the tube outside diameter. A lower ratio creates a tighter bend, while a higher ratio creates a more gradual bend.

CLR RatioBend Characteristic
0.75DVery tight radius
1.0DTight radius
1.25DMedium radius
1.5DLong radius
2.0DSweeping radius

For example, a 50 mm tube with a 1.5D CLR has a centerline radius of 75 mm.
